Organizing a bit on this perfect summer day, I came across my calendar collection. I’ve been making these as gifts since 2012! Eight years of paper calendars led to adding planners, a perpetual calendar and even my first book. Looking at these evokes emotions, when I see my older works, it can bring me right back to the moments it was being created.
For 2020, I wonder if you can tell me something – how many of you still use paper calendars? Even mine has been more of a wall decoration, than for practical time planning. Maybe I should just make planners for those of us still inclined to use pen and paper? Or smaller calendars that are more image without space to write.
I’d love to hear your opinions! 
You’re in the right place! I now have three new items for sale. These were all inspired by my recent trip to Zambia. A 2019 calendar, a perpetual calendar, and my first attempt at an illustrated children’s book!
First, the book- I made a custom one for my granddaughter, and posted a video of it. It got so many nice comments, I decided to recreate it. The book consists of 24 full color pages of animals seen in Zambia, 8.5”x8.5”, and is available on Amazon. I do have a limited quantity of advance copies available for sale at $10.00 each.
Second, a 2019 calendar. ($12 each) The same format as past years, 8.5×11, spiral bound at the top, with each one individually wrapped for easy gift giving, using my art inspired by Zambia combined with new quotes. 
Finally, a new perpetual calendar, 5.5×11, spiral bound at the top, with each one individually wrapped for easy gift giving, using the same art and quotes as the 2019 calendar. ($12 each) Keep this one and refer to it for years to come for important birthdays and other dates.

A month respite in Italy this year allowed me to relax, savor the food, enjoy the scenery, and focus on my art.
Some of that art has been incorporated into a new 2018 calendar! Instead the usual quotes, this calendar will have song lyrics with the images. I sincerely hope you don’t need to be “older” to know most of the songs, but if you don’t recognize any, let me know and I’ll happily sing one for you! Just don’t laugh at my efforts, please!
