I’ve looked all over for just the right boot, and think I’ve found it here! With 2 zippers (one on each side?) and laces, I should be set. Plus I ❤️ the color!

EDiM 14 something ugly that you love
My Habitat boots! Paint-spattered, scraped and muddy, these boots have been on 3 Habitat builds with me. They remind me of the labor of love that was donated by so many people for others, and the feeling that you get *so* much more than you give.
EDiM 03 – draw your exercise equipment
I *love* walking. It clears my head, de-stresses, and makes me feel healthy. Oh, and it’s easy! I have several pairs of sneakers. These are the ones I leave at work for lunch time walks.
My boots
These boots are normally quite comfy, but I recently wore them in NYC, walking fast on the hard pavement, and for longer than I wanted to. Yes, it was a bit painful. I now look at them askance (not a typical word for me!) as I don’t trust them to be kind to my feet.

I’m having trouble deciding, as usual! Basically we have 3 days and 4 nights there, plus 2 days of travel. Do I really need FIVE tee shirts? Oh, and I didn’t draw my sketch kit, but that is going in my carry-on.
