Just try wearing an iguana. In green. To match your outfit.

I am only now getting around to sketching it.

I don’t know this pup’s name, but what a happy face!
I recently went to a local zoo, Animal Adventure. It looks great for kids – they are allowed to interact with and feed many of the creatures.
I took my scooter there, for a solo ride of 50 miles! So much fun! Some of these sketches were done from my photos, as the animals were not kind enough to pose for me!
And oh, I’m not naming them because I forgot to keep track of that!
Adopted by a dear friend, Treena and I hung out for a week while her owners got married. Treena is very sweet, in spite of the fact that she likes to eat. Everything!
My nephew’s fiancé’s cat. A surprise for her recent birthday, so not posted until she sees it!
I’m not a ‘cat’ person, and have never sketched a cat before, I hope I caught a little of his personality!

The ostrich photos are a riot! I wonder if he nearly got the camera!
